GONZALEZ & SCHNEEBERG, ENGINEERS & SURVEYORS, INC.

Gonzalez & Schneeberg, Engineers & Surveyors, Inc., is a professional consulting firm providing full civil design and surveying services to federal, state, municipal, and private clients since 1993.  The firm has a professional staff that includes extensive experience in municipal public works projects, hydraulic modeling using US Army Corp of Engineers HEC-2 program, land development, platting, land surveying, as well as providing construction observation, contract document preparation, construction scheduling, and budget controls.  Municipal experiences include paving, drainage, and water and wastewater design.

The staff consists of the two principals,  one being a registered professional engineer (State of Texas), the other being a registered professional engineer (State of Texas) as well as a registered professional land surveyor (State of Texas), one registered professional engineer (State of Texas), and one engineer-in-training.  This professional staff is supported by a supervisory, administrative, technical, and clerical complement of two office and two field survey employees for a total current complement of eight persons.

Since its incorporation, the firm has engaged in general civil engineering practice for municipal, industrial, commercial and private clients, including land planning and development, water supply and wastewater collection, thoroughfare planning and development, and engineering feasibility reports.  Additionally, the firm has engaged in boundary and topographic surveying in support of projects in these areas.

The firm has provided paving, drainage, surveying, and pavement analysis on numerous projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Gonzalez & Schneeberg personnel have successfully completed projects for the City of Dallas Public Works, Dallas Water Utilities, Dallas County Public Works, Dallas Independent School District, Town of Buckingham, and numerous private clients.  The staff combines expertise and individual specialization ensuring the utmost in professional quality and client satisfaction while managing design teams on paving, drainage, and subdivision projects.  Staff members have extensive experience in the design of arterial and major thoroughfare projects as well as having experience in hydrologic analysis, evaluation, and design of major storm drainage systems.

The firm has provided full land surveying services on numerous projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. GSES personnel have successfully completed projects for the Dallas Independent School District, City of Dallas Public Works, Dallas Water Utilities, Dallas Parks and Recreation, Dallas County Public Works, Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, City of Richardson, City of Grapevine and numerous private clients. The staff combines expertise and individual specialization insuring the utmost in professional subdivision projects. Staff members have extensive experience in the design of arterial and major thoroughfare projects as well as having experience in hydrologic analysis, evaluation and design of major storm drainage systems relating to commercial and subdivision development.
